A Weekend stay with Lynda and Ben in Vermont.
Lynda was an assistant for the Shambhala course at Karme Choling and invited me to stay with her and her musical husband to experience the beauty of Vermont. Glad I got over my hesitation. What a wonderful warm, friendly couple.
I had great food, soft guitar playing from Ben, hiking beautiful Vermont, bonfire, scenic tour into Canada and most of all, wonderful conversation. They are a couple I feel I will see again.

This "going with the flow" and adapting my plans, resulted in the opportunity to experience Vermont's beauty an meet two people I will not forget.
